Nefertiti lift (platysma)
This treatment creates a subtle lift in the neck area to lessen sagging at the jaw and lines on the neck. Very superficial injections from the jawline to the lower neck create a gentle lift lasting several months.

Jawline slimming (masseter reduction)
The masseter muscle of the jaw (used for chewing) can sometimes cause the face to appear wide and lack elegance. With a few injections in each side of the face this muscle can reduce in size with no noticeable effect on function. Perfect for achieving structural change with no dermal filler.

Microsclerotherapy
Microsclerotherapy is a highly effective and minimally invasive procedure that targets unsightly thread veins on the legs. By injecting a specialized liquid, known as a sclerosant, into the affected veins, the treatment damages them, causing them to disappear over time. Dr. Vella will conduct a thorough assessment to determine whether the thread veins are purely cosmetic or if they have an underlying cause that needs to be addressed first.
Typically, microsclerotherapy treatments last between 15-45 minutes, depending on the extent of the area being treated. For optimal results, it is recommended to wear compression stockings (included in the price) continuously for three days following the treatment, followed by an additional week of daytime wear.
While multiple sessions may be required, patients typically begin to see improvements in the appearance of their thread veins after the initial treatment.
